Well you certainly have the realtorspeak down with the "buy, buy, buy!!!" comment. But an experienced realtor would have put that comment in all capital letters and at least 4 exclamation points..."BUY BUY BUY!!!!" ;-)
Seriously, good luck in your new career, and if you show the same honesty as you do in your restaurant reviews I'm sure you'll be a success.

on a side note..have you ever had dim sum at China Garden jeffery/5? or do you know of any GOOD dim sum places?

HB Livin'-China Garden is supposed to be the best place for Dim Sum in Orange County. I've always wanted to go there, but for some reason I am never able to convince anyone else to go with me.
