Which places would you recommend for the best deal?

I always try to go to The Rooftop Lounge for lunch during breakfast week. I don't go there because their food is good, it's decent, but I go for the amazing view. Be forewarned though, they don't serve tap water at all. Be prepared to purchase a beverage with your meal.

Tradition by Pascal looks like a good bet, but I haven't been there in a while. I would also suggest that you check out Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, The Californian and The Crow Bar. I'm sure almost all the restaurants are going to be great though!
